Audrexa ("the App"), developed by SimplifiiSolutions Limited ("we", "us", "our"), is a local music player for iOS. Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles your information.

The App is designed to play audio files stored locally on your device. It operates entirely offline and does not require an internet connection for its core functionality.

Data Collection

The App does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data. Specifically:

• No personal information (name, email, phone number) is collected
• No usage data or analytics are collected
• No device identifiers or advertising IDs are collected
• No location data is collected
• No cookies or tracking technologies are used
• No data is sent to external servers or third parties

Local Data Storage

The App stores the following data locally on your device only:

• Music library metadata — track titles, artists, album names, and other metadata from your imported audio files
• App preferences — your equaliser settings, playback preferences, and UI settings
• Playlists — any playlists you create within the App

All of this data is stored exclusively on your device and is never transmitted elsewhere. If you delete the App, all locally stored data is removed.

File Access

The App requests access to files on your device solely to import and play audio files you choose. The App does not access any files beyond those you explicitly select.

In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Audrexa offers two premium plans processed through Apple's App Store:

• Monthly subscription (£0.99/month) — auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
• Lifetime purchase (£10.00 one-time) — a single payment that unlocks premium features permanently with no recurring charges.

All transactions are handled entirely by Apple and are subject to Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not have access to your payment information. A 14-day free trial is available to all new users.

Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The only third-party involvement is Apple's App Store for distribution and in-app purchase processing.

Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Since the App collects no data whatsoever, it is safe for users of all ages.

User Responsibility & Disclaimer

Audrexa is a tool that enables users to play audio files stored on their device. We do not control, monitor, or assume responsibility for how users choose to use the App or the content they import into it. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that any audio files they import, store, or play through the App are obtained legally and in compliance with all applicable copyright laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.

SimplifiiSolutions Limited does not host, distribute, or provide any audio content. The App merely provides playback functionality for files the user already possesses on their device. Any use of the App is entirely at the user's own discretion and responsibility.
